Please see attachment for my example of what it would look like. We often send a draft to a client and then don't get the efile authorization for a few days. Before efiling we always pull up the return and then click thru the actual return pages in the CHECK RETURN screen to verify the final numbers are the same. This would eliminate the need to click back and forth when efiling the return.

Some may find it helpful, others not. Although the amount of tax due or refund would be a good reference, I'd still check the others numbers on F.8879 to be safe.
Product feedback should be registered on a different website instead of here, which is a peer-to-peer support forum. Can't remember the URL but one of the nice Intuit moderators should be able to help.

Does PTO allow for the "green audit check marks"?
If so, I use those to mark reconciled returns, especially the F & S F 8879's. When the edocs are returned, those must be the same or filing comes to a screeching halt until the discrepancies are resolved.
