Can't you just send an e-mail reminder?

^ What he said. If you didn't check the box to send automatic reminders when initiating the request, you'll have to do it the manual way.

You can void the request and resend a second one. I have unlimited eSignatures so I am not sure if voiding and resending would incur a second charge...copying an employee so they can elaborate. @Kathi_at_Intuit?

Voiding and sending the e-signature a second time to the same client should not incur an additional charge. The e-sig credit is not 'locked in' until the client signs and accepts the document.
