Is anyone else having issues with the organizer status in Intuit Link - Client Organizer Statuses? The issue is while under engagement the green check mark shows for anyone who accepted but under the Documents heading there are several clients who answered all the questions checked off as green and some still showing orange in review. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason for the difference as all the questions were answered in both cases. I even set up my own account, answered all the questions and a green check mark showed up by each one but it still shows orange in review on our company dashboard. I called support and after a very long time on the phone they could only come up with the questions needed reviewing even though they were all answered which means I have to go in to those clients and change all the questions from Need's Review to Completed. What am I missing?
