For engagement letters, my Intuit Link has a static header within proconnect that is different from what the client sees. It is NOT the editable header. I click preview and it reads something like, 'Please review and sign the terms of our engagement' which is great. BUT - go to the client side, it says something like 'Please review ...Feel free to come back later when you have more information.'. This is incorrect. Again, it is not a header that taxpros can edit. I've talked with customer service 3 times and have chatted twice. It's a header that is pre populated by Intuit and it is NOT EDITABLE. It is incorrect on the client facing side of Link. It is important that clients sign the engagement letter first thing to engage services so their preparation can begin. The header that is being populated by Intuit link us for the organizer.
This is my second time posting this problem - I have received a response guiding me on how to edit the header. That response is not helpful because this header can not be edited. It is pre populated by Intuit.
If anyone had anything to impart they would have done it on your first post.
