I need help with printing the tax return. ProConnect is asking for Credits to print a return and it takes us to the "Purchase Return" page when I click on the "buy credits" button.
Could someone advise please if there is any way out for this or do I have to buy another return?

You did not say whether you had already purchased credits. I think you need to talk with support. I would choose TELEPHONE
