I have "e-file" diagnostics stating that "page i" is final but instructions not yet received", how does this affect the tax return and can I ignore it? Thanks

If you are comfortable to sign the return under the "Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have examined this return and accompanying schedules and statements, and to the best of my knowledge and
belief, they are true, correct, and complete. Declaration of preparer (other than taxpayer) is based on all information of which preparer has any knowledge. " Then you may ignore the message. Generally YES.
