I have a registered EFIN #, however when i use Proconnect my returns are rejected by the IRS

I was issued a an EFIN# by the IRS, however when I Efile my returns they are being rejected by the IRS. Intuit says it isn't a issue on Intuit's side, it is an issue on the IRS side. The IRS help desk is currently closed due to Covid 19.  Am I just dead in the water till the IRS reopens?  Can anyone help?

Whats the rejection message? 

There have been several people with this issue and it was due to them choosing an incorrect "type" when they applied for their EFIN....it can only be corrected with the help of IRS E-Services.
