I forgot to put in the account and routing info for direct draft of balance. I entered it after transmitting. Does that work?

This is one of the easiest problems to fix.  Send your client to IRS DirectPay:

https://www.irs.gov/payments/direct-pay

I try to stay out of the payment processing business.  Then if anything goes wrong I don't get blamed.
