    Did you mean:

I created a new return for Client X. But, Client X already had one started. Can I move the new return to Client X's original started return?

If you mean can I add the data from one to the other - NO.

Pick the one that has the most data and keep it. Just delete the other.

Here is how to Copy, just in case that really is what you want. https://proconnect.intuit.com/community/file-actions/help/copying-client-returns-in-proconnect-tax-o...

Thank you.  Another thing about it is that one "holds" the extension and the other is the new return I did.  So, it looks like each uses a purchased return.

You MAY be able to convince support to give you a credit on the "new" return. It means you have to weigh the time cost of doing entry again against the monetary cost of the return. If there is no tax due, then the extension is somewhat superfluous.
