It won't load page

Make sure you are using a PTO-supported browser;
Clear the cache;
Try reload frame;
Restart your browser;
Restart computer/device if necessary; and
Always open PTO in incognito mode (this avoids a lot of the common issues); and
Try another PTO-supported browser or use another computer/device, if available.
