How to enter expenses for a minister

First clergy tax return. I have a W-2 for a minister where most of the income was not subject to Social Security Tax. I reported the income as ministers income from W-2 subject to SE income and it flows to the schedule SE. The question is how can I deduct expenses (Vehicle, Office in the home etc.) I have entered them on the 2106 and they flow to schedule SE line 2 but there is nothing to deduct them from. Do I have to prepare a schedule C or? I appreciate any help.
