How long is the 20% discount available?

If you are asking today, it probably was good until yesterday but you can always try contacting Intuit to find out for sure.

Intuit usually reduces the discount over time.  The one that got the most attention was the early bird discount of 35% ran last year.  What they have now is only 15% and that is due to expire Jan 31.
