For example foreign qualified and non qualified dividends, foreign tax withheld on dividends, etc. In otherwords, all the input categories on the dividend detail input screens

You need to create your own spreadsheet. Lacerte has something close to what you want, but even it is not as organized as what you are asking for. ProConnect does not have this.
