Yes .. I ended up calling the tech line, and shared my screen with the rep. He was very helpful.
He said if you get a critical diagnostic, and from what you can see everything looks correct, you can try "ignoring" the diagnostic. He had me check "ignore" . I E filed and it went through OK All accepted.
Just to be sure - you checked the box down in the AMENDMENTS area of the profile?
