The topmost bar with the above options is missing after I open a client.
I have to reboot ProConnect or open a new instance of it, to get access to the "HELP" option.
This can't be a new feature. I've worked in software testing at Microsoft, and this should have been caught by the testers.
Any ideas?

Hi @chapguy19 , can you please clarify what you mean? The help, notifications and settings icons are still available in the upper right hand corner for all ProConnect screens. If you need further assistance, you can also contact ProConnect Support and we can do a screenshare with you to see your issue.
