Hello, what can I do to remove the form1040X which I never created but the system keeps telling that it is included?

I am not amending the return. I only need the 040 form

Check the "Profile" for a check mark to e-file an amended return.

That was the issue... I unchecked the "e-file an amended return" box and I was ready to roll...
