Got a divorce in 2019 and am trying to allocate income and figure out filing status and allocation of income

I got a divorce in 2019 and live in a community property state so income should be allocated equally through the date of divorce.  I am supposed to file form 8958 but cannot figure out whether i should be filing married/ Joint or single  and how to allocate the income to my former spouse so she can file her tax return using Proconnect?
