A client completed their Link organizer and uploaded documents. But after working in it I have more questions for them. How do I do that thru Link or is there some other way besides just emailing them?
Yes, you can ask follow up questions and request additional documents within the same thread. Or you can add a new item. Intuit Link is designed to be used as your secure client portal for data collection so that you can avoid the use of emails, which are generally not secure.
