My client took out a distribution in 2020; distaster deferrals and made the necessary payments over 3 years, starting with 2020 through the last one being 2022. Form 8915F is still populating in the 2023 tax return and line 25 of the form shows the last repayment that was made in 2022. The statement that is part of the return shows payment made in 2022. Should this form still populate for 2023? I would think not and cannot figure out why it is still populating.
Any help will be greatly appreciated!
