    Form 5471 - Schedule C Income Statement and Balance Sheet not populating

    Hello, 

    I am trying to complete a 1040 that includes Form 5471. 

    I have taken the company's UK P&L and Balance Sheet - and converted them using the year end rate in excel, and input the USD amounts on the Schedule C & F tab.

    Under Translation - I have put 2 for Year End Rate. 

    I have also tried leaving blank, since I entered it in USD already. 

    No matter what I do, these schedules won't populate.

     

    How do I fix this?

    Hi there,

    The most common reason for the 5471 Sch C not generating is if the Category 3 or Category 4 filer boxes aren't checked. You can find these boxes on the "Filer's Information" section of the input:

    Please let me know if the Sch C still doesn't fill out when you have at least one of those two boxes checked.
