ID Number dropdown doesn't include ITIN. Instructions to Form 1065 K-1 require an ITIN for a foreign partner. Work around is SSN, but it would serve preparers to include ITIN in the list.
For each foreign partner, we had to enter Applied for to remove critical error #1401 that referenced a valid ID / SSN for a non-foreign partner. This caused a lot of confusion and took an hour of our and a CSRs time to figure out what was going on and a work around pending receiving he ITIN.
Would love a couple of business return credits for my time spent due to programming issues..
