When using eSignature to have the client sign their e-file forms for the applicable return type, the attached reference document is the Complete Return Copy. This copy includes the diagnostics and filing instructions, etc. that is not for the client. Anyone else been frustrated that you have to actually print the return, download, then upload back to the signature request? I'm not sure why Proconnect doesn't just attached and send the Client Copy?
If anyone has found the solution to make it attach the Client Copy please share!
