I'm currently using Microsoft Edge (Chromium) Version 100.0.1185.36, and trying to load into the ProConnect Online app redirects me to an error page:

Try using a more up-to-date browser from the list below:
- Google Chrome (Version 60 or higher)
- Mozilla Firefox (Version 50 or higher)
- Microsoft Internet Explorer (Version 12 or higher)
- Microsoft Edge (Version 49 or higher)

As you can see from the UA string, the browser exceeds the minimum requirements for using ProConnect Online.
