E-File MFJ With spouse that has an active ITIN number

I am trying to e-file MFJ with SSN and Spouse that has a valid ITIN but Proseries is giving me an error saying

" Spouse SSN is not in a valid range for Electronic Filing. The social security number(SSN) or individual taxpayer identification number(ITIN) must be in a valid range and all digits must be numeric."

the taxpayer is using the same ITIN number ever year,

please advise

Delete the entire number and any blank spaces in the box and re-enter it from scratch.
