Why does the customer support leave a lot to be desired? I just waited over an hour after I was told it would be 2 minutes. Final gave up and called a friend.
Sounds like Jenny doesn't work on Tuesdays after April 15th. This place is kinda like Who Wants to be a Millionaire. Before calling support your best bets are either phoning a friend or asking the audience (aka posting the question here).
