Is it common or acceptable practice to request client identity verification documents via Intuit Link?

Whether it's common, I can't say because some meet clients in person while others work with theirs remotely and many use something other than Intuit Link for client portal.

But yes, it's acceptable so long as you keep what you collect secure.
