I am trying to change the email address for an individual client and resend the link to a different address. Client is an accountant and has various Intuit accounts so she cannot access the link through her usual email that is connected to her other email. I changed her email in her overall profile and the one for this year's client info on the tax return but if I try to resend link, resend invite- it jsut shows her old email- the one that the original link was sent to
I am having the same issue - so frustrating. It's pulling it from somewhere but I can't figure out where.
