I was in the process of updating a few items in my ProConnect account, making sure everything was ready for tax season, and trying to get access to QBO and all of a sudden, I couldn't access ProConnect any more. I have tried on two different computers, but all I get is that my "Profile is currently marked inactive" and that I need to contact the firm owner or administrator. I'm the only one with access and with a log in to this account. There's no one else who could have marked this inactive or can fix it. Any ideas?
Also, I seem to be unable to access QBO through the same login. It says that either my email does not have a QBO account or that I do not have access to my company file. Not sure if these are tied together at all or two separate issues.
Any help on either issue would be appreciated.
