Can I file a form 5500-EZ using Proconnect? If so, where do I find this form?

Yes https://proconnect.intuit.com/tax-online/forms-finder/

Select the Year and Benefit Plan as the type

George was probably thinking Lacerte.

The link George sent is for both ProConnect Tax and its older (and more capable) sibling Lacerte.

If you refer to the link, you'd see that 5500 series is not available in ProConnect Tax.  And that is why you won't see that form series when you access Form Status from the left panel of the ProConnect Tax dashboard.

George missed the fine print (there is much in ProConnect Tax Online)

George just plodded ahead and saw this, which really doesn't make sense to even have listed if it is (Not available in TaxOnline)

@IntuitGabi

As George pointed out, this can be very confusing to users.  It is clear that ProConnect Tax does not have a module for Benefit Plans.

The problem is with the form finders' containers on the webpages for ProConnect Tax (https://proconnect.intuit.com/tax-online/forms-finder/) and Lacerte (https://proconnect.intuit.com/lacerte/forms-finder/) both pointing to the same webpage, lfs.intuit.com, which is a shared resource for the two products.

Both of these webpages have the same htlm code for the container:

<div class="top-alert" ng-hide="IS_TOUCH_DEVICE">* Access this information anytime, anywhere: LFS.intuit.com </div>
