Hi, Anyone has a suggestion of creating a Reference ID for form 5471 line 1(b2)?
If a couple owns 100% of a foreign Corp (Husband 60%, wife 40%), are both husband and wife are category 4 and 5 filers?

Reference ID = anything you want. I usually use the year and initials of the business' name - 2021ABCCO
