    2016 Form IL-1040, ICR, Real Estate Tax Credit is not calculating. I entered the real estate taxes paid and the PIN. What did I do wrong?

    Is there a time limit?

    Some state tax credits expire if you don't file for them by a certain date.

    2016 was a long time ago.
