    TP retired. Took RMD from retirement account setup by previous employer. Box IRA/SEP/SIMPLE not marked. Fully taxable. Enter on Line 4b or 5b? PTO posting on 5b. Previous tax preparer posted on 4b.

    If it isn't marked as IRA, go with the flow - 5b.  I heard the previous tax preparer wasn't always accurate on how he coded things.
