1041 Signature Line - The "EIN of fiduciary if a financial institution" is filled in. The fiduciary is a person (trustee) not a financial intuition. Is that correct that the EIN shows up? Or is there an override that should happen?

I haven't found a checkbox anywhere.
Check your input for the Trustee.
Under Client Info, Fiduciary Information, is where I put the Trustee. The input for Trustee "Financial Institution EIN" has the EIN number entered and greyed out, and I cannot change it. Is there a different spot that should have been entered?
