Hard to help without a bit more detail...generally that info is part of the Company info/preparer file and has to be correct by submitting the change & getting a 'new preparer file'.

The Primary Contact in ProConnect. I've spoken with ProConnect Support and they were unable to fix. It seems to be stuck in the Intuit Accountant settings. The Contact Name is grayed out.
