Can a minor set up an LLC ? If yes, can they chose to file as an S Corp? Also, can it be set up with another adult(who is not a parent, more of a business partner)? State is CA.
As was pointed out, forming a legal entity (and figuring out its complications) is something that needs to be brought to a business attorney. Asking questions on any online forum is not a good idea - it should be brought to a professional that specializes in it, or else you are likely going to be doing something wrong.
