Quickbook online Beg balance difference

Please help as I am unable to reconcile Dec 2019 bank statements so I can prepare the taxes.. I have tried everything. The owner deleted several transactions. 

they are correct now, however the beginning balance is different . I have followed the steps and still not working.

Beginning of December or beginning of the year?

You ignore that beginning balance. Your goal is the Ending Balance, in reality, every reconciliation. The re-created or corrected entries are going to need to be marked as Cleared/reconciled, again. That's why the beginning balance no longer matches; you affected the status or made the missing entries.
