Worksheet Links not working in 2020

Have others seen it where the links inside say 1040 show green WKS but will crash Lacerte for the user when they click on them?

This was a problem where the ini file had to be refreshed

I am having this problem today 3/14/21. Was this corrected in an update? I am using most current update. What do I need to do to correct it?
