Why wouldn't the UBIA worksheet on form 1065 tie to the supporting statement for Schedule K, line 20c?

Go to Forms view. Look at 1065 page 4 and you should see the WKS links and a See Statement link. Click those and it may disclose the reason. 

Look at screen 22 Section 199A input. Did you check a box?
