Why is form 8283 not printing when I have noncash donations of over 500 entered on screen 26?

There is information included in Section A of the form 8283 when you view it but it is not highlighted in bold under the forms section and it is not printing.

Do you have the box marked to take standard deduction due to the "$300" above the line deduction?

I've done both ways, with the box checked and with the box unchecked, still no form 8283
