I hope that people don't take this the wrong way, but I am seeing a tendency by some of the "Level 15s" to treat the more inexperienced users with some degree of contempt.  There was no need to make the comment about "quicker on Google."   I've experienced a similar "condescension" and it does little to generate a feeling of helpfulness and a desire to get more involved in this "support" system.  If Lacerte truly wants to make this helpful, they should step in.  Fortunately, I have a very active state society that has its own "Lacerte Tax" message board.  Not everyone has that.
