I sent the Intuit Link email to my clients and I received a note that it was accepted if they used it last year. I've been hearing of all kinds of problems from clients since then. Some are clicking on the link in the email, only to be sent to the message telling them to ask their preparer (me) to send them the link. This happened multiple times to several clients. Other clients are able to get in, but don't see anywhere to upload documents. Again, this happened multiple times to several clients. I didn't experience any of these issues last year with Link.
Are others having these problems? What are you doing about it, and what can I do to resolve these issues?
I appreciate any help you can give me. It's maddening, and delaying my ability to jump into the returns.
