Lacerte is really only trying to help with the diagnostic. The idea is that we have the ability to view the form and instructions in the forms view of Lacerte. When all else fails - read the instructions: "Who Must File Any corporation, other than a regulated investment company, a real estate investment trust, or an S corporation, that has gross receipts of at least $500 million in 1 or more of the 3 preceding tax years ending with the preceding tax year, must file Form 8991.", so probably not.
