I want to go and look for a past alert as I think it may be applicable to a situation. Client has a ME return that had direct payment of tax due but did not take place despite all info correct. I remember some notification about something to do with that. However, when I go to look at alerts, I do not see any past alerts I have read. Looked for some kind of button to show them but can't find it. Went to the Intuit website directly with the same results. What am I missing? Thanks in advance!
