Unseccessful Conversion from Ultratax

We tried to work with the previous accountants who use Ultratax to bring over a new client to Lacerte.
The previous accountants did a shoddy job of doing the backup and for whatever reason it just would not work (and the previous accountants are no longer cooperating). Lacerte backoffice told me they could try and salvage some information from the Ultratax backup files, but after spending 4 hours with them on the phone, they finally gave up!

Does anyone know of a good resource I can use to have someone manually set up the client in Lacerte and input all the prior year carryovers, basis limitations, foreign tax credit carryforwards, etc. into the proper screens in Lacerte?

Any suggestions or referrals would be appreciated.
