Unable to drag PDF files from DMS to email on certain computers

We have a few workstations with DMS on it, and on a few machines, the users cannot drag a tax return for example, to an email.  On other machines it does it fine.  Outlook is same version, DMS is same version, Windows 10 is same release.  I cannot find what is different.  On the machines where it doesn't work, it's like i can't select the file.  On the machines where it does work, it allows me to select it to drag it

Any place to look?
