I filed a tax return around Feb 14 with PBR selected. The bank account number printed on the client's tax return had 00 at the end. When I now open the return, the 00 has been dropped from the account number. The IRS sent the client's refund to the original account with the 00 at the end. SBTPG is having problems locating the refund. The clients e-file record has to original account with the 00, but the 00 is not on the 1040 currently.
Has anyone encountered this problem or know if any such issues with the PBR with Lacerte?
