We have used trial balance utility for 8 years however, it now is freezing and taking an hour or more to populate the trial balance and then once it is populated after hours and hours the mapping does not follow thru and map any of the trial balance. We have to map everyone of the 300 returns which are all are using the same account numbers. We have 300 returns and we have to map everyone of them which is saving no time.
