Is there a direct email, for tech support or feedback? I currently count 3 glitches that Lacerte 2024 is having and don't want to sit on the phone for how ever long when this is a them problem, not a me problem.
1. After logging in - there is a "logged in as" email shadow box that contains a VERY old email that is not currently linked with my account.
2. After each update, the Intuit Link clients in Lacerte 2024 have to be re-updated for their status. Otherwise, it looks like no one has been sent anything.
3. After each update, the pinned Lacerte 2024 to the taskbar is broken. Have to un-pin it and re-pin it.

You've reached the only alternative; BUT we are just fellow software users (despite Intuit's promotion of this place as customer support). An occasional employee/moderators stops by.
1) You'll have to call them on that one.
2) I don't use Link - perhaps someone who does will stop by with some help
3) Known, reported issue (on a different forum, I think). I believe it's a Win11 problem.
