This year the tax forms on the screen and off the printer have all the lines in thick and bold. It is making it very difficult to see the numbers and the text on the forms as the lines cover them partially. I have not had this in my 25 years with this software. I have been through the settings and can't see how to go back to regular lines. Has anyone had this issue?

Just a guess that fixing the printer will work
Settings > Options > Items to Print > for each Copy, at the bottom is Print Settings > Shaded Header on Supp Docs use NO
Thank you so much for responding. All set to NO. Already set to No. But I reset each to No. I still have the thick bold lines. Ugh. Any other ideas?

Well WaaaLaaa! And there you have it. Ran the tool. Then couldn't log in to Lacerte. Got an "Unable to validate your online credential" and a kick out. BUT! When all else fails turn everything off and reboot and there you have it! Thick Bold lines are gone. Phew. Thank you so much for your time. It's 10:30 and I can finally get to the first return of the day. Hahahahah. Phew.
