Sending K1s directly from Lacerte

Is there a way to send K1s directly from Lacerte and have the password be the last four digits of the partner/member's (person who the K1 is going to) social security and zip code rather than the entity?

IDK, I use Pro Series, but is there a place for email addresses for each partner/member?

Yes and I've done that. When I send the k-1 from and entity module, the password that it puts on there is the last four digits of the EIN of the company and the zip code of the company.  Most of the partners have no idea what those are,...

You can't send the K-1's directly using Lacerte (I sure wish...).

You can, however, print the K-1's as PDFs from the the "K-1" package function > select File (PDF) and check the box to mask the Social Security Number.

This is a work-around for the partners being clueless about the FEIN and/or the mailing address of the entity.

You do then have to draft emails & attach the PDF.

That's what I've been doing.   I figured it wasn't possible, but I thought I would check to see.  Thank you!!!
